Mechanic truck tyres

Donckers Haven is a tyre business specialising in truck and industrial tyres, but also active in passenger car tyres. We are a team of about 20 colleagues and are the market leader in the field of port tyres. We are in full expansion and are therefore looking for ambitious, motivated and talented individuals to strengthen our team!

We are currently looking for a truck tyre breakdown mechanic to strengthen our team!

Function

  • When you are called out, you go to our Donckers Haven branch where you take the correct truck tyre and then go to the customer’s location to replace the tyre (Flanders).
  • You work together with 2 other colleagues in a shift system: 1 week out of 3 you are on standby from Monday to Monday.

Profile

  • Preferably from the Antwerp port region
  • You preferably possess a category C driving license
  • You have sufficient flexibility in working hours
  • You can work independently
  • Meeting agreements is no problem for you
  • You are service- and customer-oriented
  • A good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Knowledge of tyres is a big plus!
  • You are interested in trucks
  • Technical knowledge of trucks is not required
