The present privacy statement describes the various measures taken to protect your personal privacy when using our websites and services/products, and what rights you have in this respect as a user and customer.

Donckers NV collects and processes the personal data of customers and suppliers for customer, supplier and order management (including customer administration, tracking orders/deliveries, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertising).
By using our websites and services/products offered by ourselves or by our partners, you accept that certain personal data are automatically collected and processed in accordance with the purposes described below.
Personal data are processed on the basis of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament in force from 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
